These terms cover purchases of digital products from Just Health Life (“we”, “us”) at justhealthlife.com. They sit alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer. By buying, you agree to them.
What you are buying
The 4-Week Personalised Plan is a digital product: a 28-day meal plan, weekly shopping lists, recipe swaps, a training schedule and a tracker, generated from the answers you gave in our quiz (calorie target, protein target, diet, goal). It is delivered as a private web page and a PDF. It is general nutrition and training information built from the numbers you entered. It is not medical advice, it has not been reviewed by a clinician for you personally, and it does not promise any result.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (or your local currency at checkout) and are one-time payments. Quiz finishers may be offered a time-limited discount; the discount expires at the time shown and the regular price applies afterwards. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (or Paddle.com Inc. for US customers), who is the merchant of record for the sale: Paddle handles the checkout, VAT or sales tax where it applies, your receipt and, where needed, refunds. Paddle’s own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment itself. We never see your card details.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate: as soon as payment is confirmed, your plan is generated and the private link and PDF are emailed to the address you used at checkout. If the email does not arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us and we will send it again.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Because the plan is digital content delivered immediately, by completing the purchase you ask us to start delivery straight away and acknowledge that, where the law provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, that right no longer applies once delivery has started. Separately from any legal right, we offer a money-back guarantee: if the plan is not right for you, reply to your plan email within the guarantee period shown at checkout (30 days unless stated otherwise) and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Personal use
Your plan is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print it and keep the PDF. Please do not resell, republish or share the private link. The recipes, text and design remain our copyright.
Health and safety
Calorie targets are never set below 1,200 kcal a day for women or 1,500 for men. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have diabetes, kidney disease, a history of disordered eating or any condition affected by diet or exercise, or take medication, speak to your doctor or a registered dietitian before following the plan. Stop and seek advice if you feel unwell.
Your data
To fulfil your order we store your email address, your quiz answers and the generated plan, and Paddle shares with us the transaction reference and amount. Paddle processes your payment details under its own privacy notice. Details are in our Privacy Policy; you can ask us to delete your plan and data at any time.
