This page lists what gets stored on your device when you visit Just Health Life, who puts it there, and how to change it. It sits alongside our privacy policy, which covers everything else we do with data.
The short version
We set no advertising or analytics cookie of our own. Reading an article or using a calculator sets nothing at all unless you choose to allow advertising and analytics, and the cookies that then appear belong to Google, which pays for the site. Everything else stored on your device is a preference you asked for, and it stays on your device.
Change your choice
If you were asked about cookies when you arrived, the button below reopens that question so you can change your answer. It appears once Google’s consent tool has loaded; if it stays hidden, either you are outside the regions where the prompt is shown or something on your device is blocking it.
Two other routes work everywhere. You can switch off personalised advertising for your Google account at My Ad Center, which applies to this site and every other site that shows Google ads. And you can block or delete cookies for justhealthlife.com in your browser settings, under Privacy in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. Blocking them all will not break the articles or the calculators, because none of them needs a cookie to work.

Cookies Google sets
Advertising pays for the site, and the advertising is Google AdSense. Google also runs the consent prompt and the analytics we use. Until you allow it, and everywhere the law requires asking first, Google’s tags start in a denied state: they run without storage and set no identifier. The names and lifetimes below are Google’s, and Google can change them; the current list is in how Google uses cookies in advertising and Google’s cookie notice.

Comments are closed on this site, so none of the cookies WordPress sets for a commenter are ever set here, and no profile picture is fetched from the Gravatar service.
Stored on your device, but not a cookie
Browsers have other ways to keep small amounts of data, and we use a few of them. None of it is sent to us, and clearing site data for justhealthlife.com removes all of it.

What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run tracking pixels for social networks, session recording, heatmaps, or fingerprinting scripts. We do not embed third-party video players, comment platforms or social widgets in our articles, so an article page introduces you to nobody beyond the advertising named above. What you type into a calculator never leaves your browser.
